When did you get 3+ on a CB digital?!

Hi all

Wondering if you could shed some light.

I got my first BFP on 5th June using a CB digital and it came up as 1-2 weeks! I repeated this on the 10th June and got 2-3 weeks.
I have one CB digital left and I am tempted to retest for my own sanity just to see that 3+ result!
I am 5 weeks this week and wondering when I should retest?

What is everyone's thoughts?

Digital ‘weeks’ tests are subjective and can cause a lot of heartache when they don’t progress as people expect. This is because there is a range in which hcg can fall into for each week of pregnancy and every pregnancy is different so, the level I have at 5 weeks pregnant may well not be the same as you. In the same way, the line tests don’t necessarily get darker every time you test, and that can cause panic that hcg levels are dropping instead of going up when, in reality, it’s just that the particular sample of urine is more dilute than the previous one.

The only definitive way to know is to have a series of blood tests done over 4-6 days to see the rising hcg levels.

Never! Only ever got 2-3 weeks and no further. Have a 2yo and currently 22 w with my second so don't really trust the weeks indicator bit of those tests.

I got 1-2 weeks at 10dpo, 2-3 weeks a week later and 3+ a few days after that when I was 5 weeks dead on. Had a massive bleed the next day and had my HCG checked which was at 14500!

I caved this morning and retested! It's my last test I have now so no more after this one 🤦🏽‍♀️ pleased to see the 3+ 😊
