6 weeks pregnant with stomach pain

Morning everyone, I’d be so grateful for any advice or if anyone has had similar symptoms.
I’m about 6 weeks pregnant and having suffered a miscarriage in April I’m terrified it’s going to happen again.
I have constant stomach ache, not as strong as period pains but enough to keep me from sleeping. I’ve read so much about pains being normal but this constant ache is worrying me and think I’m driving my OH up the wall! I’ve booked for a private early reassurance scan later this week, I know it’s early but I just feel like I have to do something.
Sorry for the long post but any advice would be great

I had horrendous pains from about 5 weeks - didn’t find out pregnant until 9weeks so thought it was IBS or similar, they pain got worse and I was doubled over and sweating a lot of time. Everything fine at scans and regular checks but midwife said she believed the pregnancy wasn’t going to be viable with that amount of pain and touch of bleeding at 9 weeks. I’m now 26 pregnant, pain is minimal now. Baby is fine, growing well and definitely making presence known with kicking and back flips. They still can’t explain the amount of pain, possibly to do with my chronic illness, but all is well. Definitely speak to midwife/doctor and get checks but pain does not always mean the worst x

From what I’ve read the early reassurance scans from that early on can often show what looks like an empty sac, few weeks later until the little bean with heart beat is visible.

Thanks for your message, so pleased for you all is well!
I think you’re right and I’m probably going too early for a scan but it’s as if I almost have to know something is there! And I’m too impatient.
