Eye infection?

I'm 16+3 and I'm pretty sure I have some sort of eye infection - eyes are full of white gunk and blurry a lot of the time. Should I see a gp or just warm bathe them and refrain from wearing makeup?

White gunk is normally ok. If it yellow to green normally means an eye infection.
If worried show the pharmacist at the chemist, if they think it’s infected they will say see the doctor.

avoid makeup for now and go to an optician
