Constant Nausea

Just needing some advice (again)

I am CONSTANTLY extremely nauseas , I'm nearly 15 weeks and it just seems to be getting worse.

The only way I can explain is that 'feeling' you get hit before you vomit (watery mouth hour flushed etc) I am feeling like this the entire day and as soon as night time comes the volume cranks up. I have only vomited on a few occasions however I cannot cope feeling like this any more.

It's so bad I am hardly eating I have tried everything the midwife has suggested, biked sweets, dry crackers, ginger and NOTHING works.

Has anyone had this and found something to subside the nausea or did it eventually go away? I'm struggling with my toddler as he's wanting to play and climb all over me and I literally cannot do anything.

😭

The only thing that worked for me was going to the GP who prescribed some anti-sickness meds. The relief was amazing!

I had been very sick with my first, but I don't think drugs were so common then (18 years ago). When it started with the second, I knew I couldn't go through it again with a toddler as well so I saw the GP and refused to leave until something was sorted.

I had exactly the same, my sickness just didn’t seem to go!! I managed to get through it, until it come back for revenge around 25 weeks.

After speaking with my MW, we worked out it was the movement of the baby that I was getting the sort of travel sickness feeling from. I controlled mine, by eating fruit, the thought of any meal made we worse! So toast, fruit and I also had like travel sweets, it took my mind of it more than anything. Good luck hun x

33 weeks today!! Xx
