Slow rising hCG levels

Hi, I'm new to this page so apologies if I'm doing it wrong.
So this is my 4th pregnancy - 2 children 13 and 7
Estimated by period to be 5 weeks 3 days.
I have Hydrosalpinx diagnosed in may '19.
HCG at 4w5d - 297
HCG at 5w - 370
HCG at 5w3d - 503
They are saying they aren't doubling as obviously concerned for ectopic as this egg was from my blocked tube!
I have a scan booked for 7 days time when I should be 6w3d so should see a sac on the ultrasound.
Has anybody else had low or slow rising hCG levels but still had a healthy pregnancy? I'm in limbo and so upset about the whole situation.
Thanks in advance

Also want to add I haven't had any bleeding/spotting as of yet and no significant pain.

Hello, I'm on the same boat. Slow rising hcg with no bleeding or cramping. Would appreciate any updates, please? Thank you!

I'm waiting for my bloods to come back to see if it's doubled since Saturday. I'm 5w and the bloods I had done on Saturday were 262. Does this sound right?
