The midwife took a lot of blood, but I forgot if they check iron levels? She mentioned the things they test for. I hope they do, otherwise I will need to get mine tests...as I am now wondering if this is the cause of me being so tired all the time and also struggling to walk up all the steps in my house (luckily my bedroom is just 1.5 flights of stairs up. But when I need to go all the way to top where playroom and guest room is, I struggle big time. I never had this problem prior to pregnancy. I am only 13 weeks so its not like I'm carrying a huge bump.

They do 😊 mine did anyway and I think it's a standard one at booking appointment

Thanks, yes, I just called the midwife and she told me mine were on the higher side of normal :) So its all fine. She said not to look up on google and to just call them if I am concerned about things lol. She said a lot of what I describe is normal for pregnancy. Phew.
