Its so frustrating, I slept 8 hours and don't think I woke that much last night, yet I still feel so incredibly tired in the morning. I had a coffee after my breakfast. It did not do anything. I feel almost like a zombie and I need to finish an essay. I take prenatal vitamins, my diet is varied with some fruits and veggies (perhaps I can have more of these!). I get outside for walks as I have a dog (and two kids 5 and 7). But I just feel exhausted and not well rested after sleeping. I can't nap anymore since I have been pregnant, as for some reason I think the hormones changed my body. I just feel like I am not getting the deep sleep I need. Its so frustrating.
Does anyone have tips to get more energy? I am tired of being tired.
