Anyone else finding they are never feeling full anymore?!

I'm 39 weeks and don't find myself feeling full. I am eating proper meals and trying to eat healthy snacks in between but I never find myself full and then end up eating waaay too much and snacking on not so great things!

Anyone got any tips?

Enjoy it while you can? I am 37+3 and have had an appetite boost. I think a combination of having more space as baby has moved down, and also body wanting to pack on the fat for baby and I suppose for breast milk. Sounds like you're doing the right stuff and you're almost there. Go with it!

@RMarieClaire I've not had an issue with ever being full during pregnancy as my bump has always been so low I've been lucky that I haven't felt full really quickly or heartburn, just had bad sickness until about 21 weeks.

My concern is the weight gain. Over the past two weeks I gained 2kg which is more than recommended and really don't want to keep going this way as I've been having normal steady weight gain for all the rest of my pregnancy. Trying to stay active but that's becoming more difficult and exhausting!

I feel the same. I've already gained over what's advised so I am a bit worried. I'm fine with never really feeling full but its when I'm feeling hungry but know I've eaten enough already that I don't know what to do. My heartburn is at its worst when I'm hungry as well!

Are you sure it's not a touch of something like reflux? When I've got reflux I get what feels like a gnawing hunger and don't feel full, but it's not a true hunger it's just the reflux
