Gastroenteritis in pregnancy. Feel awful

Woke up this morning. Dog rough. Watery stools tmi. Vomit but not eaten so its just bile. By what I can see there's nothing I can take. I'm. Drinking water and a bit of squash. Can't stomach food at all.
I'm 8 weeks. Anyone had Similar?

Sounds awful - you poor thing! I'd get to the doctor and see what they can do for you for hydration.

I had this at 16 weeks. It was awful. Get some dyrolyte as is safe fore use in pregnancy and will prevent you getting dehydrated. If it makes you feel any better my midwife said the baby is like a parasite and will carry on taking what it needs despite how rough you feel! Made me giggle but also reassured me that although I felt awful baby was fine!
