Think I'm quite stressed

So I'm 25 weeks and last night had an awful night of tossing and turning. Had some very vivid dreams which started off with me going into labour, being almost fully dilated and not getting further. They refused to do anything but somehow I was still at work whilst trying to convince medical staff to help. Whilst I was at work I was manning lots of emails and rushing around. I was about to leave for maternity to try and finish giving birth, but then I got 700 emails that I was told by management must be dealt with.

Clearly, I think I'm stressed about work. A few weeks ago a staff member left. They took ages to replace her and we are still waiting for the new person to start (she gave plenty of notice but they just didn't bother doing anything about it) In the meantime we have been expected to cover her work on limited training and with no flexibility in our own deadlines. I had to work overtime to complete the work and it's going to be the same this month as well. We have flexitime, but can only carry up to 4 hours overtime each period and I'm currently at 6 so need to do some early finishes otherwise I'll lose out this month again. Its really stressing me as I'm not meeting my own deadlines, yet feel I also have to meet the other targets and one staff member is off for 2 days this week and I'm their cover too. There's no way I can get it all done in the time frame unless I work extra and then I won't be able to claim it back as I'll have gone over the limit. It's all too much right now and I feel like there is absolutely no leeway, or recognition that I can't do it all. I'm getting myself flustered and am then not working effectively as I am being dragged here there and everywhere. I can't just focus on one thing as there is always something else that needs doing.
It's really getting to me if its effecting my sleep, but I feel I've already said to seniors that I'm overwhelmed and there's just no give. I feel I am incapable right now and other staff members don't seem to be struggling as much as I am even though they are in the same situation.

That sounds really tough. What line of work are you in?

I'm an accounts assistant, but half my job is nothing like it was advertised and now I'm being dragged more and more away from intended role.
