Hi all, I'm currently 14w pregnant, noticed some light bleeding/spotting brown in colour on Tuesday morning and got checked out on Wednesday, baby's heartbeat was there and everything fine on the scan. Tested my urine and I do have a UTI, so on anti biotics for that, also had a vaginal swab done and the midwife called me yesterday to say I have internal thrush but not to treat it unless I start to get any symptoms (don't have any as of yet) which I found quite strange. They said that this is likely to be the cause of the bleed.
But basically, I've been bleeding for 5 days now.. trying not to worry but it's easier said than done 😢 I'm worrying in case baby's heart beat was there on Tuesday, but might not be now? I can't help myself from googling and it's driving me insane!
Has anyone been in a similar situation? Or have any advice at all for me? Would be much appreciated!
