35 weeks and baby is transverse. How did it feel for you? What movements could you feel? Are they different from a normal position? I feel like baby is stroking me sometimes but the past few days movements have got really strong and it feel really strange.

Mine turned at 36 weeks. When she was transverse I felt pretty serious kicks to the sides of my tummy, on both sides, lower than my belly button. It sometimes felt like she was coming out the side.

Mine stayed transverse til my waters broke and she was evac'ed. I could feel her head on my side. Big round bump, even DH could see it! She had a bald spot at birth, matched up to what felt like her dragging her head against the womb.

It was 8 years ago now but from what i remember there were no kicking movements but i knew when she was attempting a full body stretch, that was like a painful slow stroke! Baby could still turn, mine did 2 days before my section (due to previous birth) now that was uncomfortable and looked really weird.

Both mine had their heads in my left hip, so not exactly traverse but weird lol

I could feel plenty of movement and kicking

DD was transverse breech until 27 weeks, then head down, then turned to breech at 37 weeks. When she was transverse I felt a lot more movement. I had flutters at 13 weeks , very central below by belly button. I could also her kicks early and by 18 weeks my belly was dancing. It gave me quite a wide but smaller looking bump. At the end I was horrendously uncomfortable because she was pretending to be a starfish with her head under my ribs. I loved it in the beginning though as I all the sensations were stronger.

We so nice to hear ladies. I don't feel many kicks, mainly the streching, so weird and hands pushing out. The movements are so strong through. Such an amazing thing to experience.

Mine has been transverse all the the way through.(I’m having growth scans so 100% certain of this) Now 31weeks. I felt movements VERY early (dc4 tho) and they are now so strong that I jump all the time and shriek in pain sometimes! Never felt movements like this with the others!
I’m hoping she has now moved though because I usually feel hiccups really low down, practically in my groin, but last night they were above my belly button! Fingers crossed she’s gone head down!

My DS was transverse from 24 to about 37 weeks (had several scans) with his legs and arms down towards my cervix. He eventually turned to footling breech which still required a C-section. Like @blackcat86 my bump was wide but not especially prominent and I could feel the bulge of his little butt on one side. He did also get his head under my ribs in the last few weeks which really hurt Shock and even after he was born he always liked to sleep with his head up against the cot bars!! I also felt movements quite early, around 15 weeks.

She just felt...very wide inside me when she was transverse, as silly as that sounds. Everything at the sides with the occasional weird flutter at the bottom. Luckily she turned at 37 weeks so I narrowly missed being admitted!
