So i went for an early scan wed should b 6w3d but sonographer said it was teeny teeny tiny and measuring only 4w 3d but he also said ther was yolk sack and embryo present ... any one had any experience with this?

You just need to wait, which is really hard. In 2 weeks you'll know whether it's a viable pregnancy or not.
