Snuzpod3 bedding

Wow. The bedding from Snuzpod is expensive. DD is due in next few weeks and need to get everything sorted, but money is also really tight as we've bought so much stuff already - and our boiler just broke. Wondering if anyone can recommend nice bedding to fit the Snuzpod3 that's not so pricey?

Watching with interest as we were also staggered by the cost of the Snuzpod bedding!

Why do you need a whole bedding kit? The Snuzpod fitted sheet and a gro bag (or similar) should be fine right? Or am I missing the point

thinpigeon · 13/06/2019 14:57

It depends on what bedding you are looking for? We had the snuzpod2 and I think we just bought two of their sheets and then used sleeping bags which can be bought from anywhere. The sheets were still more expensive than standard cot sheets but one in the wash and one on the bed was enough.

We also just bought 2 fitted sheets which were the snozpod brand then used a grobag which was fine

We did look for non branded sheets but could not find any to fit.

Hi We used ASDA cot sheets you have to have a good look but we found ones to fit it was a game! Agree with pp we only used the fitted sheets as baby was either in a gro snug or sleeping bag

Newyearsameoldshit · 13/06/2019 17:08

Is it the same size as a Chicco next to me?
I bought DK Glovesheets from eBay which fit perfectly and cost a lot less than the branded ones. Would recommend.

We bought the Mothercare bedside crib sheets for ours and they fit perfect.

Thegirlhasnoname · 13/06/2019 17:09

I just got the crib sheets and use a sleeping bag for her

I bought a mattress protector which claimed to fit and didn't, it lifted the edges of the mattress and didn't cover it properly... just a warning. I've now ordered some official snuzpod ones. I bought the snuz sheets with the cot as I had a discount code where I needed to spend £200.

PixieDust26 · 14/06/2019 06:48

Not sure if it is the same size as chicco next to me but I brought the crib shit from mothercare and they fit my next to me lovely. Think you get 2 for £13

whereonearth · 14/06/2019 06:51

I’ve found sheets that fit at Zara home. You just need 2 fitted sheets really (so 1 can be in the wash). Admittedly though the Snuz bedding is really good quality and washes well.

Sessy19 · 14/06/2019 07:42

Definitely not worth spending big bucks on bedding for a cot that lasts 6mths or so.

eBay? As king as you wash sheets on a good temp, this should be acceptable.

We used Asda modes basket sheets. Had loads as they were cheap as chips and use them in the snuz pod and pram.
