I'm coming up for 9 weeks Have been having sharp pains all morning just under my stomach to the right hand side iv noticed an unusual smell like blood but I'm not bleeding and my morning sickness isn't as bad as it has been today I don't know if I'm over reacting but should I go and get checked out I'm just not too sure who I phone my doctors are appoiment only and wouldn't get seen this week do I phone the epu ? This probably sounds stupid but I just don't feel right today
