I'm feeling a very sorry for myself so though ild share.

I think I have pregnancy insomnia as I can't sleep, I'm full of cold, my back aches and I just want to be in bed but I have a high energy toddler.

Anyone else want to sit with me in misery corner

I’m in the misery corner too!

Hardly slept for 4 days now, exhausted with awful sciatica and feeling all full of cold or beginning of flu Sad

I’ve been sick from the day we found out I was pregnant and it’s taken a lot of the excitement away for me.

10 more weeks to go for me! Fingers crossed I get at least one sleep in between now and then ha

Sorry you're here with me, hope you get some proper sleep soon. It's a killer

Fellow misery corner dweller.

I'm 9 weeks tomorrow and have bouts of nausea and feel exhausted. There's a flu style illness bug going around and I've been wiped for 2 days. I've had a couple of days off work which is unlike me.

Any tips for when doing anything but lying down and sleeping is too much effort?

RooKangaroo · 13/06/2019 10:35

Oh god yes. Really struggling at the moment. 35 weeks and every single bone and muscle and tendon aches. Wiped out from just a short walk to the shops.

And of course the toddler is full of energy and wants to play 'chase'..... 🙈

MummyBear405 · 13/06/2019 15:18

Can I join in? I'm only 7 weeks but the exhaustion is getting to me with work and life in general! I've been constantly nauseous for 2 weeks (throwing up most days) and I'm diabetic so my blood sugar obviously doesn't want to play ball!

@LolaSmiles I totally get what you mean about anything other than lying down is too much effort ... no idea how to make it easier though!

Mamabear12 · 13/06/2019 15:24

I have this sort of low grade tiredness all day long, and yet come night time I can't sleep well. I also don't feel like doing things during the day that I need to do, like an essay I keep putting off. Argh! This weather does not help my mood either.

Kate3150 · 13/06/2019 15:52

Physically I’m feeling ok but anxiety is being a bit of a bitch at the moment. First successful pregnancy for me so constantly worrying bubs is ok in belly xx

I'll take a seat. 22 weeks, knackered and morning sickness seems to have come back! Is that a thing?! Confused

greystar30 · 13/06/2019 18:25

Also in the misery corner 🙋🏼‍♀️

I'm 30 weeks with SPD, back pain, can't walk far without being in agony, everything hurts, can't get comfy to sleep, knackered, birth anxiety and generally feeling sorry for myself! Isn't pregnancy great hahaha

Rubberyduck · 13/06/2019 18:39

I'm in. 9 weeks with an almost 2 year old tasmanian devil. Absolutely shattered and want to go to bed when he does at 7pm but feel obliged to atleast acknowledge DH 😂 never known constant tiredness like this. Put on a tonne of weight already from eating crap so feeling pretty down about that too Sad

meepmoop · 13/06/2019 19:05

Hi everyone,

I'm seriously considering going to bed even though it's only 7pm, I can't believe how tired I feel. Just about managed to eat some tea but really didn't fancy it.

I'm 23 so hoping my sickness doesn't come back as well

I’m with you all! 31 weeks! Feel dreadful. Nausea, thrown up in my mouth a few times (sorry tmi) and generally feeling under the weather! Pregnancy insomnia meaning I’m awake by 4am - 3am today, and then exhausted ALL day! If I don’t rest like all the time then I have constant tightening / Braxton hicks? Thankfully being a private carer I’m only at work for an hour or 2 at a time then can have a little rest before going back to work! Seriously in need of a decent night sleep though! Planned on starting my leave at 36 weeks but don’t know how much more of this I can take!
