My friend is 12 week pregnant with her first baby. She has has v. slight, yet quite frequent niggley little pains in her abdomen/right ovary area for the last day or so. Her midwife is on holiday.
Has anyone had anything similar/can offer some advice?
Nothing else is wrong. She has had all the usual pregnancy symptoms and 2 weeks she heard the heartbeat at her booking appointment.
