Painful cramps, 7 weeks

All day today I have had painful cramps in my lower tummy, is this normal ? I'm really worried I'm 7 weeks today, I've had a little discharge (sorry tmi) but no bleeding at all

I'm so worried I can't stop thinking that something is gong to go wrong !!

I've had period like cramps since I found out I was pregnant and nearly 8 weeks now. May be tmi but I tend to find it's more linked to constipation or wind! It normally gets rid of it! Think it's just the uterus stretching at times too x
