Hi all! Got my BFP last week which we are over the moon with ... had a miscarriage in March this year so I am nervous but do try to push the thoughts to back of my head.. my miscarriage hasn't been proven to be low progesterone related but just wondering if anyone has taken it before during pregnancy and had a happy ending ? Or do you think it's a stupid idea?

Any opinions will be grateful 😊

I had 2 miscarriage, the first at 22 and the second at 16 weeks. The first one took me by surprise, but for the second one, it was weeks in the making. I was having cramps, bleedings, I just knew something was going on. The OB/GYN prescribe progesterone pills but it didn't make a difference.

I had 3 children, and for every single pregnancy that ended with a live birth, I was freaking out for 9 months. Checking my underwear every time I went for a wee, sleepless nights every time I felt something weirds and so on.

I don't think you can push the miscarriage fear to the back of your head, but acknowledge it, and live with it.

Be the healthiest you can. I stopped drinking coffee, I was a walking nutrition book, with only fresh food in my diet, putting on minimal weight, no sport for the first 4 month apart from swimming.

It doesn't have to happen again and hopefully it won't. Flowers
