Am I harming my baby

I am 24 weeks pregnant and I work very early mornings or you could just say I work nights every day without being able to sleep during the day and if I do it's a hour max! Some days I am so exhausted I feel like I can't move! Am I harming my baby by not getting enough sleep?

You're more harming yourself which isn't great for baby long term. Poor you, but why don't you sleep in the day?

Cause I have a daughter but she is at nursery now so some morning I can get a hour in the morning which is nice but something I find if I sleep in the morning I can't get to sleep early in the evening

This doesn't sound sustainable or good for you or the baby. If you are working nights then you need proper daytime childcare to allow you a decent amount of rest. My son always goes to nursery when I'm on nights as even though I'm home in the daytime I need proper sleep between shifts.
