Hello, has anyone had their symptoms come and go in the first trimester? I had a scan last week at 7+3 and all looked good, but today I am 8 weeks exactly and I have no nausea, no sore boobs and I am not as tired as usual. Should I be worried or is this normal?

I think it's fairly normal. I had pretty much no symptoms most days and would worry about it but some people are just luckier than others I guess! Don't stress, the symptoms will return :)

Yes it can be normal. I've had four pregnancies and had this with each. With my last pregnancy my symptoms used to come and go all the time. My sore boobs would disappear, I'd stop feeling sick, then all in a rush it would hit me again. I used to be reassured that the symptoms don't really mean anything, as some women who have miscarried still continue with the symptoms until the hormone is gone. The chances are you're fine so try not to stress x

My symptoms reduced at the beginning of 8 weeks (last week) I'm now entering week 9 and the vomming and tiredness is back with a vengeance.

McHelenz sorry you are feeling rubbish but it is weirdly reassuring! I woke up with very sore boobs again so feeling more optimistic again! :)

I was the at week 8. Felt I had no symptoms and got so worried I went for a scan. All was well, and this week I've actually been feeling sick.. Lack of symptoms is not seen as a sign of miscarriage apparently, or so they told me :)
