I'm 31 weeks and yesterday started having really painful Braxton Hicks. I've been getting them a lot over the last couple of weeks, especially while at work, but not as bad as this. They were coming every 2-10 minutes and lasting up to a minute, so not regular like real contractions. They went on into the night but have all but stopped now.
I've had very bad lower back pain the whole time and pain in my right side, front and back, plus a weird intense neck/headache only on the right. Every now and then I'd feel a sort of pop and very intense pain up my neck and head for a couple of seconds and then it'd go back to a general pain.
I also woke up with a fever but that's subsided now.
It's all very weird for me and I'm starting to wonder whether I should be concerned.

Any advice would be appreciated.
TIA

Hi im not sure but if your worried then call your midwife. Have u had any bleeding? Times ive had prem babies ive had a tiny bleed then went into labour. If i were u id just give them a call i think they would want to give u a check over,at least if u call then it will stop u worrying x

Def talk to midwife - regarding the braxton hicks specifically, I have read that if you are dehydrated, it can cause this. Up your fluid levels and see if that helps.

The weird pain - no idea, but please do talk to your midwife. Maybe infection? (fever?) but def have a chat.
