Light Pink discharge on tissue when i go toilet - 32 weeks pregnant

Hi,

I am currently 32+5 days pregnant, this morning when I went toilet there was a light pink colour on the tissue and has been every time i've been since. I also have a UTI type feeling so i'm not sure if it is just a UTI or anything more serious therefore not too sure what to do. Also i am O Negative blood so i feel i should ring the midwife?
