I'm 33 +2 and the tiredness is unreal.
Iv been up since 8am it's 09:51 and I want to fully sleep again!?

Any tips to push through the tiredness?

Thanks

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I’m behind you (28 weeks) but I struggled big time with this during my first trimester, exhaustion to the point of feeling drink, especially in the afternoons at work. I found fresh air really helped, if you can drag yourself out for a 5 minute walk that usually did the trick for me & allowed me to get through another few hours staring at my office computer screen.

30+6 for me and I’ve been feeling the same for past week!
I am a carer and am in and out all day long but literally have to lay down in between work/school runs etc, and Friday I fully went to sleep in the afternoon (kids had inset day that day. Wish I could do the same everyday tbh)
I worked all weekend and in between I went out, but when I actually do anything extra (and not lay down between shifts) I get strong Braxton hicks tightening, sciatica pains and heavy pain in my groin!
Housework has gone completely out the window and I feel so bad for my other 3 kids who are getting no attention whatsoever

Luckily I'm off work this week, but I can see me spending most of it on the sofa or sleeping.

My wife is looking at me like I'm mad, but I am struggling. If I do a lot, then my bump aches and my back kills!!!

I will defo try walking more, I do walk the dog once a day but literally only round the corner. Thanks for your advice xx

@Hermones1 If an additional walk is too much, even just try to pop outside for a few breaths of fresh air. It does help

Does your iron need rechecking? Is baby measuring big/excess fluid?

I’m similar but have a big baby and excess fluid and I keep trying to push through the tiredness due to toddler and it’s not working. Sometimes you just need to give into it.

@hormonesorDHbeingadick I take iron tablets everyday I don't think my iron levels have ever been checked?

I always do a urine sample with the midwife.

I'm back to work tomorrow after a weeks leave so this week will be a real test!
