I had a scan today and saw a heartbeat! Overjoyed! I thought I was 7weeks as I temp and thought I genuinely had it correct but she's measured me at 6w1d. Is this ok? Is the baby maybe not growing as fast enough? Any previous experiences welcome. Thanks.

Maybe you just didn’t calculate it right? There is a heartbeat and all looks well so try not to worry, it’s so hard I know! I’m waiting for my scan on the 27th.

I had private scan at what I knew was 8 weeks and was told only 6w 1day. I knew it was wrong. Saw heartbeat but had another at what I knew to be 11 weeks at same place and they measured it spot on then same sonographer.
It’s so hard for them to date when baby is so small so often can be week out and baby soon catches up.
21 weeks now and what I knew to be my due date from LMP has never changed from 12 week dating scan.
