Hi good morning ladies just an update I have taken a first response early detection test

Would you count this as a negative or a positive result I'm only 10dpo period due Thursday 13th

I can see a very very faint line please tell me I'm right ladies I'm going out my mind here

Take it apart OP...pop the top off it and take another pic.

I can't see it sorry. But you're still pretty early to test. Maybe try again tomorrow or Tuesday?

I really can't see anything either. Maybe the photo isn't showing it well if the line is really faded. Agree with others you have tested quite early. Hope you get your BFP soon

I can see a very faint line and looks like you phone may have flashed out the photo? - test again in a few days. I have attached a photo of my bfp on the date my period was due for ref :) currently 41 weeks and waiting...

I see it, but it looks like the flash has overexposed, and this bleached out, the line.

Do NOT pop it open as this invalidates the test and reveals an indent which is present on all of the tests.

That doesn't look positive to me, however I would test again in a week.

I done 2 test both were negative and the following week a BFP 😊I'm now due in 1 week and 5 days!

Fingers crossed you get the positive you hope for!

I'd say that's a faint positive. There's definitely a line there. Do another one tomorrow & maybe the day after & see if it gets darker :)x

Can you take another photo without flash/in natural light?

Hi ladies so I changed the colour settings on my phone and this is how the pictures came out I'm really hoping I am pregnant

I can definitely see it now. With my first pregnancy I got a very faint line. I somehow managed to wait two days and the second test was much stronger.

I'm soo glad u can see it thought I was imaging it my period is due between Wednesday and Thursday fingers crossed these lines get stronger

Is this a first response test? For some reason I was getting faint positives on these for weeks though was a chemical pregnancy as didn’t get darker then AF arrived even after then I was still getting faint positives! blood test was negative so I will not be using this brand again that’s for sure.

Obviously this might not be the case for you and could in fact be an early positive but these tests really messed with my mind and got my hopes up so just thought would share my experience.

Maybe try testing again in a few dats to see if any darker 🤞🏼

no it was a just a cheapie I've brought a clear blue going to test tomorrow see what happens fingers crossed

Be wary of taking the strip out of cartridge style tests as that invalidates them and can actually make lines appear or intensify. I would try again in a couple of days with a FRER test and see where you are then.

Please don't take the tests apart, this invalidates any result and will make a line appear on a negative test. You're only 10dpo, implantation can take up to 12 days- it's hard but I'd recommend waiting until closer to af to test for more reliable results.

Were you pregnant in the end op?x

I was but unfortunately resulted in a chemical as my lines just started getting fainter but I am currently on day 21 of my cycle and hopefully can test in a couple of days
