Worried

Needing some advice, I've woken up today with no sore boobs which has been my main symptom since finding out im pregnant. I've had pretty much no nausea apart from the odd time, I've been gassy/bloated and frequent urination but I do drink quite a lot of water. I'm worried as hell as I've had a missed miscarriage in the past.

Last week I had an early scan and all was fine, they put me a week back (measured at 6 weeks but my LMP was putting me at 7+3, so today would be 8+3)

I will be ringing my EPU tomorrow but unsure if they'll scan me as I've not had bleeding.

Any advice? Sad

I felt like this a couple of weeks ago went for a scan saw baby's heartbeat all is ok and the nausea has come back

Symptoms do come and go, do you usually wake up at this time? Hormone levels vary through the 24hr period, you will often find they are back by mid morning or later in the day.

It must be scary going through pregnancy after a missed miscarriage, but from what you have described, I don't think there is cause for concern, my understanding is that symptoms will come and go. I was feeling sick all last week and then Thursday I woke up feeling fine (and have been ever since) however in this time I've had a scan and all is well.

Just for reassurance, I've had no sickness through out my whole pregnancy, no cravings, slept like a log (still!) I did have sore boobs for about 2 weeks which then went which I was thankful for 😂. I've been very lucky with no symptoms etc, hoping you are too. So sorry for your previous miscarriage and all the best of luck to you. 🌈

Just to back up what others have said - I experienced symptoms coming and going in the first trimester, and sore boobs were one of the symptoms that I had at the beginning but disappeared for good after the first few weeks.

Thank you everyone for the reassurance! I will still contact my midwife tomorrow see what she suggests, I'm still not feeling as I normally would on a day to day but it's just so scary "not knowing" I've had 0 cramps or 0 bleeding so I suppose that's better but I know it's not always the case xx

Bear in mind that you're at about the time when the placenta will start taking over some of the job you have had to do, which will change (and often decrease) any symptoms you've been having.

And no, I wouldn't expect the epu to be concerned. You could pay for another scan? But these are often NOT terribly reassuring to people (see these boards for evidence of the women concerned after having a so-called 'reassurance' scan).

Hi I'm 34 weeks pregnant and I have had absolutely no symptoms, no sickness no pain no nothing. Iv barely got a bump and now I'm suffering with heartburn and discomfort but this is only in the last 6 weeks or so. Everyone is individual I wouldn't go to EPU though for lack of symptoms.
