Glider chairs

Glider chairs for plus size people? Everytime I find a beautiful glider chair the weight restriction is too low. Should I go off this? Or risk it? Any plus size people have experience with any gliders?

Are you set on a glider? Rocking chair might not have weight limit?

I didn’t even realise they had weight restrictions! With dd I used one and at my maximum was 250lbs, plus the weight of dd obv. Never had any issues with using the chair.

I originally wanted a rocking chair it was just that the gliders looked more comfortable haha!
What glider was it you used?

I have no idea, sorry, it was just one we bought cheaply second hand and nothing special. You can pick them up (around here at least) for £20-40 if you keep a look out so tbh it wouldn’t be a huge waste if it did break money wise, but like I say, mine was never any issues and we used it for years (and it was already a few years old).
