How long did it take you to lose belly after 3rd baby?

Just what it says. Currently nearly 8 weeks pp with 3rd baby. Actually feel like I've lost weight faster after this pregnancy but that's probably because I didn't put on any weight apart from bump this time around. However still have quite a protruding belly. Would be good to hear how long it took for ladies to lose the belly or if you didn't at all.

Still here five years on. Keep meaning to start pilates..... it depends how much effort you put in surely

I didn’t really lose it at all, I’m thinner than I was but I still have stretched skin and a bit of fat on my lower belly. I think it’s down to the individual though, I know people who have had their third baby and have flat tums and some who have bigger tummy’s. Sorry that’s probably not much help!

I’m sure it’s the same as after your previous pregnancies. Both my pregnancies it took a year. But I gained 23 kilos and didn’t diet after. It just came off naturally and very slowly. Now I’m pregnant w the third and I assume it will be the same thing.

I never lost it fully. I was extremely slim and did lots of exercise including yoga, Pilates, running and weight training but it never went fully. I had three large babies though so I think it’s normal.

Thanks for the replies @Pinkvoid that's what I was also going to ask. What exercise do you recommend for toning the tummy the most? At the moment I'm doing lots of squats and crunches. I know you said you didn't lose it all but did any exercise work best for stomach muscles?
