I am 21 weeks along, and when I walk any distance my feet puff up like an old lady. I know that salt makes this worse, so I've really cut back on my salt intake.
I think my ankles are the most obvious area, but I am also holding fluid all over as putting weight on without the corresponding calories.
I've been drinking plenty of water, and had a lymphatic drainage session the other week which helped a little. Has anyone got any tips on how I can get this under control?
Regular lymphatic drainage will be costly, so looking for any hints and tips
