Birthing ball

Hey just wondering when everyone started using their birthing ball. My partner bought me one today as I've been having a lot of back pains and he thought it would help me. I am currently 20 weeks will I be fine to start using it now?

I'm just about to order one for my home office, as getting back pain also! I'm 22 weeks

In my last pregnancy, I used it a lot when I couldn't get comfy!

The last 3 weeks I've been doing the cat yoga pose, as recommended by a PT I went to see, and my back has been loads better
