I'm 7 weeks today 2nd pregnancy. Nausea has been very mild from 6 weeks (horrible taste in mouth, nausea comes and goes only been sick twice, few food aversions etc)
I've gone 24 hours without any of this I actually feel normal again!
I read that a miscarriage can go undetected? i.e no cramps or bleeding?

The only pregnancy symptom I have at the moment is sore boobs and fatigue but I am on holiday so could be tired from that.

Should I be worried?

My 1st pregnancy my sickness was severe and didn't ease until 10 weeks

Hi,
I had nausea from 4-7 weeks. Completely stopped at this point. I then started spotting so instantly thought the worst, especially as this is how my last two miscarriages started. Turned out everything was fine. Morning sickness returned at 11 weeks. I’m 12 weeks today and have my scan at 12 !! So excited.
Good luck. I hope everything turns out fine xxx

Yah dont panic, I had no sickness but some nausea. The nausea seemed to stop at about 8 weeks, but then returned a little at 12 weeks, and even still now at 14 weeks I've got a little. Ive heard that symptoms can go up and down so dont panic too much, but if you are really worried give your midwife a text or ring x
