Help with rib pain

I am 35 + 3 I have been told my baby is big and am being monitored for his size he also has long legs!! Any tips on helping with Rib pain .......😩

It’s the WORST, I feel for you. I’ve found warm baths, swimming and sitting with my arms either in the air or behind my head helps a bit. Also using my birth ball helps - I think it makes the baby shift around a bit so it’s less intense on my ribs.

The point where I went to MAU yesterday. I have the opposite problem though as my baby is only on the 4th centile. Iv been prescribed coedine which isn't ideal and I don't think it's doing much!
