Hayfever medication in pregnancy

Hi what can I take for hayfever? On the back of my usual tablet it says not suitable if pregnant or breastfeeding 🤔 my throat and nose is itching like mad!

You can use becodefense plus, it's a nasal spray.

My consultant said to take piriton.

I took ceterizine throughout my pregnancy. Labetalol is fine too I think. Nhs website pp links to explains it all.
