Should I ring my midwife?

Hi, the other day (Saturday) I got a line across my vision which stayed from the afternoon (started after I had a short nap) until I went to sleep but it was gone the next morning (like when you see stars from looking into a light).

Yesterday afternoon I got a ringing in my right ear (just started out of the blue, no loud noise or anything beforehand) and it hasn't gone this morning - should I be ringing the midwife or am I overreacting? It's making me feel a bit weird, it's like the ringing I'd get if I'd fainted (except I haven't) and it feels like that side of my head is heavier. I don't want to be a bother.

I'm 19 weeks today :)

Hi no harm in giving them a call they will give u advice on if u need to go to hospital to get checked over, maybe even go to your gp.i would get checked over if i were u even if its just to put your mind at rest x

They always ask at appointments if any vision issues etc so I would definitely call. As pp says they can give advice and at very least reassurance. Probably absolutely nothing to worry about but that's what they are there for :)

Thank you @Angelinthenightx and @Kathryn19, I called and midwife said to call GP as she said it doesn't sound pregnancy related but could be an ear infection so worth checking since it's making me feel a bit off as well. Just waiting got the doctors to call me :)
