Hi ladies do i need pregnacare and folic acid or just pregnacare? X

Just pregnacare as it contains the folic acid. Although I much preferred Seven Seas capsules (and they're half the price!)

Your doctor will prescribe if you need more folic acid. I take both pregnacare and prescribed fa.

Pregnacare we're expensive and made me sick. I just used the healthy start provided and no issues.

I already bought pregnacare but didnt kno if i still needed to take folic acid on top... il jus take pregnacare for now and check with midwofe at bookin appt 😊

There will be all you need in the pregnacare tablet.
