Please tell me others are in the same boat? I’m pretty sure it’s urine I’m leaking, there’s no smell to it. I’m a worrier anyway!!! Decided to bite the bullet and buy some tena lady, didn’t think it would be this early x

Is it your first? It seems unusual to leak urine as I thought it was having been through labour that gave problems like this. Up your pelvic floor exercises definitely for a start!

If you've had loads of kids, it makes more sense but still do the exercises!

Also, urine would smell of... urine so perhaps worth going to the GP

Do your pelvic exercises! Seriously, multiple times a day ideally with a pelvic weight. Or you’ll have problems as baby gets much bigger and puts tons of pressure on the bladder and pelvic muscles.

Baby is so small now you shouldn’t really be leaking this early, I’d go and get checked over just in case.

I have a midwife appt next week so will wait til then. I can’t take much more, if it’s not worrying about niggles and pains then it’s discharge and now this! No wonder I have a constant fear of impending doom x

It's almost certainly not urine. Pregnancy is just a very wet time down there! I had it as did most mums I know! Just wear a normal panty liner and that should be enough. Do your pelvic floors though as it's after the birth you need to worry about!

@spugzbunny- thank you! I just can’t handle worrying anymore. To be honest I go through periods of having quite damp underwear so I guess all these pregnancy hormones are increasing it x

I’ve been having this since 20 weeks! It looks like wee and happens during day I don’t even feel it 😪(so glamorous) I’ve had swabs which confirm no infections etc (apart from strep B). I have midwife appt tomorrow and will ask them if it can be confirmed as ‘urine’ as they may be able to use coloured strips or something ? It’s just a bit embarrassing! Your not alone xx

See your GP before then to rule out a UTI.

It’s probably discharge not urine. 13 weeks is far, far too early to be losing control of your pelvic floor in your first pregnancy

I’ve just a thought at COULD be this.... I’ve been using a balance activ gel for the last couple of nights as felt BV coming on. I wonder if it’s some of that leaking out? Although I’d thought it would be a bit more sticky and thicker consistency? I’ve no idea!!! Xx

Ok I’m pretty sure it’s urine!!! My bladder wasn’t great before being pregnant in all honesty so maybe this is adding to it. Will mention it next week! Also I have a scan on Tues 😊

Okay I read this earlier and coming back to it now...I am just 5 weeks and I just went to the toilet before getting into the shower and then a few minutes later while I was talking to my DD I felt something "leak" definitely not urine, so I am putting it down to some excess watery CM as I checked it and that's what it felt like!

@tisonlymeagain- thank you for replying i appreciate it. I’m so anxious at the moment I can’t tell you how many things I thought I had that have never turned into anything. I just can’t feel happy, convinced something will go wrong x
