Can anyone have a look for me? I’ve tried to google and do it myself but I can’t see anything remotely nub like - just what I think is a knee?

Going by skull it looks like a girl,i cant do the nub either,so hopefully someone can for u x

It's not really visible but based on similarity with my own scan I'd guess girl on this one. Congrats either way!

I would say girl based on skull shape, but cant make out a nub either.
