Perenatal Mental Health Service

Hi,

I have just been referred to my local perenatal Mental health service and wonder if anyone has any experience of using this?

I got referred early pregnancy and they have been fantastic. I have health anxiety and OCD and was struggling with the pregnancy. They have been there for me ever since until I have discharged myself last month...my baby is 6 months old. I met with some highly qualified experts who really helped me navigate through motherhood whilst dealing with my issues.
