I have been covered in flea or mosquito bites from yesterday. I am 23 weeks pregnant- are they dangerous at all?

Are they on exposed areas or covered?

It depends on where you live.

Just by themselves they're not dangerous.
The only problem is if they carry parasites or viruses.

@Lweji - they are across my bump. We live in East Sussex

Only? That is odd. Has your bump been exposed? When did you get them?
If from fleas, they will be more in a line or cluster. So, it looks more like fleas. In which case, you should treat any animals and fabrics in your home.
But you shouldn't get any illness from the bites.
