Hubby’s birthday and Due date

Hi, this year my husband has a big birthday and I really want to do something special for him but his birthday is 5 days after my due date! He says the birth of our first son is enough but lets be honest the hubby is always your oldest over grown child so I know deep down he would really love a bit of fuss, but I just don’t know what to do? It feels impossible to plan anything at such an unpredictable time.
Can anyone give me some ideas of what I can do to make him feel a bit special?
Thank you in advance for your help

Planning something on his actual birthday would be a bit of a gamble as you could well have a new born and not feel up to doing much or even be on labour. How about planning something special a couple of weeks before your due date? Maybe tell him you are going out for dinner just the two of you but arrange for family/ close friends to be there as a surprise? Smile

Maybe instead of doing something on the day you can book something for a few months ahead like an experience day or a date night and surprise him with it as a gift. would be something nice for you both to look forward to and you can plan ahead with babysitters etc
