Miscarriage with no cramping or pain

I am/was 6+4 weeks pregnant. I started spotting very lightly, brown blood on Thursday. This continued and I then had bright red blood starting on Saturday. This was still relatively light.

Last night I believe I expelled the sac, it seemed more white/grey than blood clots. However I have had no cramping or pain at all.

Has anyone else experienced this?!

I previously had a MMC at 11 weeks with my first pregnancy. I had medical management and the pain was absolutely horrific.

I have 2 children already so perhaps my cervix didn’t need to open?

Anyway, I’d be interested to hear in others experiences.

Thank you

@Luckystar1 very sorry for your losses. I've had 3 MCs - first was an MMC and I had a d and c at 12 weeks to remove. The second I was only 5.5 weeks and I just started bleeding very heavy one day at work so was like a very heavy period. The 3rd was another MMC - blighted ovum, was boiled in for d and c at 8 weeks but started bleeding a few days before. It's was quite heavy with clotting, I didn't need the d and c. It bled for a few weeks but didn't hurt. A bit of cramping but I thought it would be a lot more painful.

I was 6+5 started with brown discharge then 1 day of bleeding then it stopped then bled again a week later.
My MC was 2 weeks ago no pain and light bleeding very little on a pad only a bit more when I went to the toilet. Passed a couple of clots but nothing like what I was expecting. I was reassured by people saying unless you have pain or a lot of bleeding it's not a MC. Not every MC is the same though

Thank you! I am sorry or your losses too. I’m just so surprised at the lack of cramping, but very glad
