30 weeks and diarrhea

I'm 30 weeks and TMI but I've had diarrhea the passed two days and cramping feels like Braxton Hicks contractions they aren't consistent they come an go , should I be concerned or is this my body just preparing for labor

It’s totally normal. I’ve had these symptoms for weeks. 37 weeks now and still all fine and no labour yet. Midwife said it was just hormones and not to worry as long as I’m staying hydrated.

Me too. After being constipated for 30 weeks, I had a massive sea-change in my 3rd trimester, I think because baby moved and changed pressure on my insides. Midwife told me not to worry and to enjoy! Just keep an eye on the Braxton hicks and if you feel like they're getting regular - a few times an hour - maybe check in with your midwife just in case.

I was getting constant cramps for about an hour every few minutes and then they went away for serval hours and then then they were coming back every few min , I know in that case and how the pattern is , it's not real contractions but there still painful but not unbearable , but still super uncomfortable
