Reduced feral movement

I'm 23+3 and have felt my baby move lots everyday for at least a month now. I started feeling movement at around 17 weeks and have felt her at least everyday since then. I woke up this morning and felt her kick once at about 7am. I then went back to sleep and since I woke up at around 10 I have not felt any movement all day. It is now 11 at night and I have tried everything to try and get her to move but I still can't feel anything. What would be best for me to do.

Ring for advice. Please do it now.

Call your local maternity triage/assesment unit. The contact details should be on the front of your white book.

What they've all said. Please do it straight away, now. The midwife team will want you to do that, and you should.

Maternity unit immediately.

Have you tried the usual drinking fizzy drink and lying on your side for 30 mins?
Rediced movement should always be checked out, can you ring your maternity hospital?
I know how worrying it can be, I had a lot of reduced movement with my second and I got checked out every time.
Hope all goes well x
