It's the only hot drink I can stomach at the moment so I hope it's safe Confused

I think most sites are saying it is - I am struggling to sleep a bit and waking really early so was hoping for this to help!! I don't have a midwife appt until I am 11 weeks so can't ask!!

What does the nhs say? You can find that sites on the internet saying anything is harmful in pregnancy so I would just stick with nhs or you’ll frighten yourself

Herbal teas in pregnancy
There's little information on the safety of herbal teas in pregnancy, so it's best to drink them in moderation.
The FSA recommends drinking no more than around 4 cups of herbal tea a day during pregnancy, and to seek advice from your GP or midwife if you're unsure about which herbal products are safe to consume

That is good news!! Gonna sleep like a baby tonight after a good chamomile cuppa!!

Does it count as more than one cup if you use the same teabag for multiple cups?!

It's fine. They just say that to cover their backs. Chamomile won't harm you. Licorice is best avoided.
