I'm currently 31+2 and have had some back pain during my pregnancy, usually down the right side and going down my right leg and buttocks.
But today, I'm in absolute agony with my pain! It seems to have moved to the middle of my lower back and I'm in so much pain I'm in tears. I'm currently having a bath to see if this helps but I'm thinking if it carries on I'm not even sure I will be able to drive to work tomorrow 
Anyone got any advice or exercises I could try to ease this?
