Hi everyone,

Go the GP. Can’t help here I’m afraid. You need to tell them that you have had both negative and positive tests; they may offer to their own, or they may refer you to the EPU for further testing when you’re a bit further along.

I was on the pill when I conceived my first. The best thing is to goto your gp and they can confirm with tests.

Most people dont bleed when on the mini pill you take daily.

Yes I know you don’t bleed on mini pill but as I stopped it 4 and half week ago I’m unsure as when I would expect a period as I haven’t had one in months

It took about 4 weeks before I had any kind of bleed when I came off the mini-pill, I hadn't had a period in months. There is no 'normal'. For some people it can happen straightaway for others it can take 6 months before they see a bleed.
