No. It's fine. Unless you're planning to drink it.

Not really. Best to increase your SPF in order to combat melasma.

I may be a bit overboard with things like this but there are chemicals in most normal suncreams that may be harmful. I have been on holidays twice whilst pregnant and have bought suncreams suitable for pregnancy. But it’s a personal choice. I’d say most people use normal stuff and don’t give it a second thought and all would be grand with baby.

Going on holiday soon, will be 12 weeks, any particular brand you recommend to use to be pregnancy friendly? I thought using Nivea

I checked on P20's website and they say it's fine during pregnancy and contains no added fragrance and colourants. And it's bloody good.

Avoid oxybenzone even when not pregnant. This chemical is in some sunscreen and not good
