2nd pregnancy

I have a almost 5 year old and am 6 weeks 2 days pregnant.

I had really bad morning sickness with my first but with this one its very mild. Also I had more cramping with this 2nd one and keep breaking out in spots.

Is it normal to have a different pregnancy 2nd time round? I'm worried that my sickness is very mild compared to last time.

i have a 1yr old and i am 7 months with my second one, with my first i reckon i had the worse morning sickness, but with my second for me it was just the smell of things and also vomitting, so i reckon its different on every pregnancy.

Thank you everyone don't get me wrong I'm glad my sickness is nothing compared to last time but the whole "morning sickness = healthy baby" was making me worry
