May seem an odd question but sometimes I just don’t feel pregnant anymore and I start to think the worse. It’s my first baby and I never had thoughts like this with previous babies. I really can’t wait for a scan x

Everyone!

I certainly did and I've seen so many threads from women with similar concerns. You are totally normal.

I felt the least pregnant ever from 10+ weeks - had my scan today, found out very early so assumed I would be less far gone, but turns out I'm 13+5! The scan really settled me, baby is measuring nice and has a strong heartbeat. Very very active!

Be thankful for not feeling like shit for a bit! 😁

I do feel so sick at times and so tired but for some reason it won’t sink in this time! Oh wow! Amazing to skip a couple weeks! Happened with my first! Xx

I know exactly how you feel, I'm 20 weeks and just found out I'm having a little boy! Also started to feel movements this week too so that's helped. We are telling my mum and stepdad tomorrow night so then I think it will start feeling real! Still just looking a bit fat but hoping for a bump in the next month.

RedPandaFluff · 30/05/2019 19:30

Yep - I'm 10 weeks after 4 cycles of IVF and honestly sometimes I wonder if I've somehow made the whole thing up! I was tired and "off" before embryo transfer because of all the drugs and I'm still on them for another couple of weeks, so symptoms could be either the pregnancy or the meds.

I did have a scan at 8+4 that showed a heartbeat and everything was measuring correctly, but I live in terror that the baby will just fade away . . . I'm counting the hours until my next scan in 3 weeks.

FirstTimeMum1984 · 30/05/2019 19:39

@RedPandaFluff can totally relate about making it up, my boyfriend jokes to me all the time about me making it up! Everytime we go for a scan we're like "put the DVD on that you play for everyone else" because that's what it feels like! You look on the screen and you think how is that me?! We've had 5 scans now by 20+2 and it's still only just feeling real!

Prtf1345 · 30/05/2019 20:31

How far along are you?

kkl1 · 30/05/2019 20:38

I'm nearly 14 weeks and don't feel pregnant at all just fat and tired I've got a prober belly but like looks chubby not pregnant so I look so out of proportion I've heard baby's heart beat today so I no I'm still pregnant Grin I worry a lot as I have no other symptoms

Starlight84 · 30/05/2019 20:39

Congrats on finding out you’re having a boy. I’m really hoping I get a boy 🤞🏻

@redpandafluff congrats on your pregnancy. I hope your next scan hurries!

I’m 8 weeks and had my booking appointment Tuesday (yes and I still can’t believe it!!)

I’ve just taken another test 😂 positive of course! I’m such a div!!

I don’t know how to tag users if anyone can help? Thank you xx

Haha I took a million test, @Starlight84 - there has been MUCH line progression analysis 😄

It's good to know I'm not the only sceptic. @FirstTimeMum1984 very true about partners - I think DH is finding it even harder than I am to believe this is actually happening!

I reckon there's an element of self-protection going on too - if this all comes to nothing, it will be a whole world of pain. But, every scared pregnant lady's mantra: "Today I am pregnant."

💐to you all!

PregnantOnPurpose · 30/05/2019 20:53

Yep, all the time.
The weirdest thing is, I keep imagining that I'm lying about it and I'm eventually going to snap awake and everyone will realise I've been making it all up and ill look like an idiot Blush

Starlight84 · 30/05/2019 20:58

What are we like!

I did the test at dp’s House before I came home and he was like what you doing you plonker 😂😂😂
